Get to know me

Welcome to my website!

I’m Chloe, I’m 23 years old and I live in the West Midlands in the UK.

As you may have gathered I am a health and fitness enthusiast. I haven’t always had an interest in 20171015_123554health and fitness – In May 2015 I weighed 113kg (250lb) and was seriously unhealthy, my diet consisted of McDonalds and takeaway pizzas, fanta orange, multipacks of biscuits and so on. I knew I needed to make a change but when the doctor said my high blood pressure, nose bleeds and severe headaches were being caused by being obese, it gave me the kick I needed to change my lifestyle.

Fast forward to today, I have now lost and maintained 100lb (45kg) and I’m in the healthiest and fittest condition of my life! This was achieved by taking care of myself and living a healthy, balanced lifestyle – which I try to demonstrate in my blog posts!

2 years ago, anything related to fitness would have been my worst nightmare, the only exercise I did was walking to the fridge or dancing on Friday/Saturday nights in the club with a vodka (and then going home to eat a large pizza). I intoduced fitness into my life gradually and today it’s a huge part of my life and I look forward to exercising. I train in several gyms 5 days a week (mainly weight training) and I have weekly sessions with my personal trainer, Sophie. I also try to walk a lot to reach 10k steps every day and I’ll soon be starting a jive & salsa dance class which I’m super excited about! My long term goal is to compete in a body transformation category which I’m hoping to achieve next year, so watch this space to see a future bikini competitor!

Sooo, something non fitness related about me – I graduated Coventry University in 2016 with a 1st Class in Advertising and Business and have since been working full time as a Marketing Executive at TNT. When I’m not working or in the gym, I enjoy reading books and writing blogs, binge watching series on Netflix, eating too much and stalking people on Instagram.
